Orders for daily essentials and groceries are fulfilled through Bilej Basket's in-house delivery service. We strive to deliver within 10 to 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation and/or payment, subject to the delivery timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on factors such as traffic, weather, order volume, or other unforeseen conditions, but we aim to complete most deliveries in the 10 to 30-minute window within our serviceable areas.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed via email to the ID specified at the time of registration.

If there are any delivery cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is not refundable.
